Footpad Sensor Bridge (F.S.B)

ALWAYS FREE SHIPPING
Description:
The "footpad sensor bridge" (we couldn't come up with a good name) is a simple, low cost, semi-permanent, plug & play, and fully reversible alternative for a well-known product which enables a rider to engage the board without activating both sides of the sensor pad.
Features:
  • When enabled with the loop connector in, only one side of the sensor pad must be activated in order to engage the board.
  • When disabled with the loop connector out, both sides of the sensor pad must be activated in order to engage the board.
  • The small cable can be installed in minutes and is non-destructive (see video).
  • Sensor functionality can be restored to normal/stock status simply by removing the included plug. No need to un-install the entire cable!
  • A single FSB's MSRP is $24.99; however, because we always have "free shipping", we have baked in our $8 shipping costs to every item listing.
Why:
Tricks, tricks, and more tricks. Only needing one side of the sensor pad to be engaged makes re-engaging the board less random and helps you land certain tricks more consistently.

Installation:
  1. Remove your front pad.
  2. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the hot glue surrounding the black rectangular connector and disconnect the two wires by pulling gently.
  3. Connect the FSB to both ends of the previously disconnected footpad and barrel pigtail connector.
  4. Test
  5. Re-apply hot glue, ensuring to leave a finger's width of space at the bottom of the sensor pad for the wiring to hang from.
Disclaimer:
Any kind of modification to the sensor wiring can be potentially hazardous at high speeds. We test each cable before shipping and our pro riders have rocked this mod for months with no issues; however, we don't offer a safety guarantee. #honestbusinesspractices
